Had requested through website & submitted several support tickets (8/6,8/10,8/11,8/19 & 8/25) stating same message over & over again (see below).
Problem w/monitoring software activity. Please send e-mail w/link, user login & password to re-install software again.
In the past (twice) I'd contacted them & they sent the link, etc. So I could & did re-install software again. But for the past month, I've tried to contact them several times & they've not responded. I even called a # (912) 898-9091 & left a message w/a woman named "Stacy" who informed me that they're fixing the problem & would immediately e-mail info to me. Never happended. I called again today & man answered & told me I had the wrong #.
I don't understand how this company could be in business never mind that they have a website up & running, take more people's money when they can't resolve present customers issues.
They are a complete rip-off & I am totally frustrated & angry over this situation. Please investigate & add me to your list of unsatisfied customers.
