Was charged an initial activation fee for services that were never activated, only to be told that in order for them to "fix the problem" which was considered a "technical problem" I would have to pay a $85 dollar fee.
I immediately discontinued services but was told I would not receive a refund because the service order had been completed. If there's no dial tone then the services are not completed, this is the most absurd thing I've ever heard.
