On June 3 I ordered from Ancestry several days later I decided I did not want to continue with the oeder. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman (sorry I do not remember his name) I told him that I decided not to keep the package deal and wanted to cancel. He said you've got the free trial go ahead and keep it until it's over I told him I wanted to cancel now because I might forget in which I did. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford the money this is why I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. Undoubtedly he didn't cancel because on July 7 my account was debit $99.95 putting my account in an overdraft position. Please Help.
