I recently recieved my Quest phone bill and found a 14.95 charge for Privasafe e-mail. I had never heard of this company. When I tried to get more information on this I found nothing but a web site and a bunch more people that were ripped off. Someone needs to deal with this company so that others won't be ripped off.
