This organization lacks people skills and professionalism. I have heard that customer relations skills is very poor. They send out workers blind to consumers homes. They barely inform their workers any background history of the consumers family. Sometimes these poor workers have to deal with non English speaking households. What's worse the families have to deal with being on long waiting lists and the end result is the consumer is getting little to no services. The problem with Qsac is their greed of this Medicaid funded program. Let's face it you can make big money from Medicaid. Qsac need to revamp their methods of running such a vital and important program for the growing Autism community.
