Surplus Alert (e-bay kit) deceptive credit card charges. Rip-off!

A couple days ago the owner of a buisness I work for was decieved when he purchased a "free" E-bay kit to give some helpful hints for our business to expand. Unfortunatly it did more hurting then helping. The only price that had to be paid for this kit were the shipping charges. He then typed in his credit card number.

Just a couple days later he recieved an e-mail stating that he had also purchased a website and would be charged $29.99 month starting now. He did not authorize them using his credit card number for such a thing and never would considering we already have a website up and running with a legitiment company. Now the only way to cancel is to send them a letter stating why we would like to do such a thing.

By the time that letter would reach them (if it even would) it would be to late and the first charge would have already gone through. These type of fraudulent companies are bad for all internet users as well as the innocent companies who help you legitimently and should not be allowed to get away with such a thing.
