I contacted businessmax because I noticed a fee of 9.95 being deducted from my checking account for several months. When I spoke to the service rep on 7/29 she advised my account would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund. I then noticed on 7/30/04 that another 9.95 was deducted from my account. I never authorized these deductions nor did I agree to a subscription to businessmax.
When I called them back on 7/31 they advised me I would only get one month (9.95) in a refund and that I agreed to the subscription from a pop up ad on VistaPrint.com. I remember responding to being picked for as a winner to some contest or something like that in January. I feel these companies lore you in and then sign people up for things without advising them. I have NEVER received liturature or a confirmation regarding this subscription to businessmax. I would like all my money back but have not received any satisfaction regarding this via the phone.
