I received a call from Capital Vacations and told them I was not interested because my wife is a travel agent and we get free vacations anyway.
I noticed in my bank statements that they have been debiting funds from my account unauthorized. They knew my banking information without any information from me.
I tried to contact the company to have things stopped and refunded. Only got through to an automated system with information giving incomplete email address and when I tried to get through to a customer service rep the line was constantly busy.
