Capital Travelage put an unauthorized charge of $59.95 on my debit account. Rip-off!

I got an unauthorized charge of $59.95 on my debit card, and I am struggling financially as it is. I do not remember ever giving out my information, so I don't know how they got it. I already reported them to my bank and the St. Petersburg Police Department.
