Mr. Gary Hipsky came to my door three years ago to ask to restore a 37 chevy car for me.
He wrote down all the work to be done gave me a price came and got the car to be finished in 6 months which I gave him a year.
After 3 years he kept wanting money and we gave him eleven thousand dollars of the fourteen he priced.
He took the car apart and called for us to come and get it he even sold some of our parts. We took him to civil court he didn't even show up at court dates. I won my judgement but it seems he has no property or assets although he operates his business every day.
Please Be Beware he is a Crook with a capital C. We don't know what to do at this point. It has caused major health problems to me.
