I too have been sucked into this scam. Anyone out there having some legal advise as to what to do when IRS judgement day comes for all of us people just trying to stay ahead would be very much appreciated. I have to say that we're not the ones at fault & should not be held accountable for any of this. I thought I was very careful and did my research on this and even checked with the IRS on the credits that they said where allowed. Go figure Huh!
