I too have been duped by this company and dealing with that pompous smitten Monica Linder is like adding salt on an open wound. I have begun a civil court action against JK Harris and Associates along with writing to both the TX and SC Attorney General's Office in which to file complaints. You may also want to add a complaint to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) as I've asked them to investigate under possible Federal RICO Act violations (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations)...
If you have the time to read portions of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1961-1968, you may well find JK Harris engaged in quite a "few" activities that lend credence to RICO Act violations. This organization needs to be stopped and put out of business.
