Four years ago, JK Harris scammed me like everyone else that is posting on this and other sites. JK took our money, never provided a service, made your situation worse with the IRS, and then put you through hell trying to get your money back, as if it whas your fault for the problem. I told Monica Linder at that time, "that if JK Harris makes one person happy, they will tell five or six people. If JK Harris makes some one unhappy, they will tell fifteen or twenty they where screwed." Monica doesn't listen. I've stated before. That have taken JK Harris to small claims court and won, collected my money, and through my experiance have been able to assist a few hundred people retrieve their funds. JK Harris is still perpetuating this fraud upon the public, and it should be stopped. They have been prosicuted by 6 Attorny Generals, and have complaints going back several years, but they still seem to grow and get away with it. Well I sent Monica Linder an email a few weeks backa nd advised her of my next step. Today I took it. I have research JK back to 1997, and accumulated documentation to support their fraudulent actions. With that information now available, I sent an email to the Department of Justice, and received an acknowledgrement of same. Should anyone want to get on the band wagon and support this investigation, email the Department of Justice at ASKDOJ@usdoj. Gov. If that doesn't work, we still have the Postal Inspectors Office, for any mail sent to perpetuate a fraud is a violation of the law.
I think I may be the only customer that Monica Linder has personally called wher she to me that "I was the most despicable person that she has ever known". Coming from Monica, that is very special, also recently JK Harri's attorney in a Philidephia court complained that I was harrasing and staulking Monica. "Would you believe"? Judge didn't by it. I wonder if Monica is disseminating this infromation to the public?
