My husband and I ordered what we thought was a hard copy book: One-minute Cure: The Secret to Healing Virtually all Diseases for $39.95.
The credit card statement revealed that the charge was for an ebook. We did not receive an email with the e-book attachment. We received nothing. The charge came on our credit card statement almost one month after the order date of December 14. We disputed the charge with our credit card company, and they notified the merchant who said that we could have cancelled within 30 days from date of purchase, but they had not received a request for a cancellation, therefore they consider the matter closed.
