They don't provide service & won't refund money nationwide

I was trying to find someone who I wanted to serve with legal papers. When I used a search and couldn't find the person, a pop up ad appeared. Silly me I thought they would be reliable.

They promised that if they didn't find the person you would get your money back. USA TRACE not only didn't provide the service they promised; they did not refund my money at my very first point I got wind that they were a ripoff!
