I had two charges on my bank card that overdrafted my account so I looked into it. Wells fargo send me the a Letter telling me that MWI*HOMEWORKS PLUS, AND MWI*SIMPLE ESCAPES2 posted April 5
I did not order anything from These companies. No one in my house knew anything.
I contacted MWI Homeworks 1-800-750-4364. The customer service rep was very nice gave me her name and id no.
Then answer all my questions
Their company MWI Homeworks and Mwi Simple Escapes2 (the card that come in the mail). Received My personal information including credit card number and address from Total Trolley (800) 489-0502) and any other informercial agency telling them that I agreed or asked for MWI services.
Total Trolly I reported to the Better Business Bureau in Dec for taking out of my Bank account more than what I agreed to.
Then calling Total Trolly customer service, I found out they were going 3x of what the total quoted price of $ 121.00 I canceled my order in December.
The customer serve agent for MWI Homeworks told me that on Jan 28 Total Trolly sold or gave them my personal information
She could not tell me why MWI homeworks or MWI Simple Escaspes2 waited until April to charge or why I never received anything in the mail.
