Todd Teal approaches people through mail and e-mail about purchasing their propery. When they repsond, he draws up a simple straight forward contract (you think), then he lets you set and wait. Then he goes to realtors and sells these properties.
The way we found out that our property was up for sale was that a women in NY called us and asked as if we were the people that owned the land. Since the land for sale is in NY and we are in IA. And there are no back taxes owed on the land she wanted to know if we owned that piece of property and if we had it up for sale. Which brought all the question marks flying on both ends. They were getting ready to close on the property and we gave no premission any on to sale our land.
Todd Teal never did close on this contract 1 1/2 yrs. Ago. So we sent out all the contracts to two different lawyers. The only way we can save our land is two go to litigation court, which will cost 15,000. Because he marked our title. This man knows the court systems and the real estate systems. He needs to be stopped!
