This person is just a crook. He involves our Guam to manipulate we truthful Chamorro home owners.

We Chamorros are bad folks on Guam. We lack the company training & cash these visitors have, and all we've is our property to the titles.

once they need our property, they group together and plan about methods to remove our home at below-price prices.
