To Whom It May Concern:
During my voicestream service I had many accounting errors. So many in fact that they would occasionally give me a free month worth of service. The bad news is, the next month I would be told I was behind a payment. (free service? Dream on...) After many months of this I decided to use a different company.
I cancelled service in Sept of It is now Dec of the only things I have received are lies, rudeness, notices to send me to collection, and a migraine. They owe me my $500. Deposit back, I owe them $54.
Several customer service people later, and just as many stories, I still don't have my money back. I have contacted the Attorney General of Idaho, The Better Business Burea, and every person I meet I tell them not to believe "Voicestream", the company who would rather keep your money than you as a customer.
