NCO F ripoff unscrupulus customer service dishonest billing reports inaccessability

NCO Financial Systems tried to debit my account two times in the same day, once using my debit card with my permission and the second time using a check with out my permission

The check was returned to NCO Financial Systems with and explaintion as to why, and they appologized. Several days later NCO Financial Systems tried to clear that same check again.

That check was also returned with an explaination as to why and I spoke with a woman by the name of Rita who claimed to be a supervisor and that the problem would be resolved.

Several days later I receive a call at work and I said Hi can I help you and this is how I was greeted " Your check bounced... What are you going to do about it?"

My responce was "Who is this" again I was told " Your check bounced, you need to take care of this righ now!" Finally I recognized the voice as Vanessa, a representative from NCO.

She accused me of missing my monthly payment and I tried to explain to her that they debited my account twice in the same day so I accepted the Debit card transaction and declined the check, there fore no, I did not miss my payment.

Vanessa then transfered me to her supervisor, Rita, who as you recall was supposed to have taken care of the poblem several days ago. Rita greets me "Your check bounced and you need to take of it now or pay your ballance in full. Those are your options. You have not made your payment for this month yet so now we are going to garnish your wages."

Never once does any one ask me for my permission to run my monthly transaction. Never once does anyone introduce themselves to me, and when I try to make my payment they refuse to accept it, infuriate me to the point where I just hang up.

The following day I call NCO to make my monthly payment, again they refuse to takey my payment, and Vanessa hangs up on me as I am trying to explain the issue with the check to her.

I have nothing from this company in writing as to what I owe or even how much has been paid. When I asked they told me you will get a statement when you are paid in full.
