30 bonus reports yours free with purchase of "$Billion Sources want to send you free cash" cost $23.90. Sent Money order Feb. And never recieved it as of April

I sent a money order for $23.90 in February to Stephen Young at Communications Publishing for "$ Billions Sources want to send you FREE CASH". Also offered in this offer, sent through the U.S. Mail, was 30 free reports, from"Sure fire way to get rich" to "getting rich from free stuff"... Etc.

It is now April I never Received any of these reports or the "$ Billions Sources want to send you FREE CASH". I have not tried to contact MR. Young, but I have learned through this web site that he is hard to get a hold of.
