Letter I received was signed by Stephen Young RIPOFF

I received a letter and flyer from Stephen Young of Communications Publishing offering a book entitled, $Billion Sources Want to send you Free Cash Uncensored. I sent the $19.95 some amount for shipping to their address, in their return envelop. I never received the book or 30 bonus reports they offered free with the book purchase.
