The U.S. Department of Education has stolen my income tax refund.
I have never applied for a loan through them. And I have never participated
in any of their school scams. But they insist that I owe them money.
I know for a fact that they do not have any signed signatures on any loan papers or forms regarding a loan from me or my wife.
