The Self Talk Store I purchased a set of 8 CD's for $211.50.3 of the CD's were duplicate recordings with different labels. My request to have the correct CD's sent to me were ignored

20-LFT-001 (Lifetime Library CDs) - $211.50

Did not receive them and had to call customer service. I spoke to someone and they resent the order via priority mail with a tracking number

On or about 9/8 received the item

9/10 Discovered that Volumes 3,4 & 5 were duplicate recordings of Volume 4.in other words, they were the same recordings with different labels.

Contacted the Author, Shad Helmstetter on Facebook and explained the problem. He responded and promised to look into the issue. He also gave me a phone number to call and a person to ask for.

9/12 Called the number given to me by Shad Helmstetter and left a voicemail.

9/14 Called again and was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full.

9/15 Called again and was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full.
