Did not receive merchandise. No response to emails. Unable to leave voicemail at phone number. Ripoff Walnut California

I placed my order on 12/20 and have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails that have been ignored and attempted several phone calls but am unable to leave a message due to mailbox being full. My account was charged 1/16.

Please do not use this company! The same merchandise is out there at different retailers.
