Ripoff of serviceman in Iraq for $139 of his precious pay

My son is in Iraq serving his country. He was online ordering parts for his car here and tools for there.
Somehow pharmacycards got hold of his information thru his ordering and charged his account for $139
I called the 866-467-3536 number which is for ccr customer service company to file a complaint. I was informed that Joe should have received a piece of mail explaining what this charge was but it would look like junk mail.

He said I would see a credit to my son's account in 15 business days which has not occured, tried tonight and waited an hour with no luck getting thru to them I was on hold. I am filing a fraudulent activity report with the bank and a copy of an aol search showing this was fraud.

I am on my son's account so I can help with matter such as this and to pay his bills. How can people be so greedy to take from our soldiers fighting for us?
