$139.00 was stolen from our bank account. I requested a copy of fraudulent check from my bank. I called telephone number on check and received a pornography business.
I filed an Unauthorized Withdrawal Affadavit with my bank as well as the local police department.
I contacted the F.B.I. The US Secret Service, the Cananadian Better Business Bureau and The Federla Trade Commission.
I was able to find out that PharmacyCards.com send out junk mail to your home with their offer. They give you a certain number of days to respond, if you don't physically contact them to tell them you are not interested, they take that as a yes and remove funds from your bank account.
They say it's legal and there is nothing anyone can do!
So if your'e like me and you toss your junk mail into the trash, they've got you!
I want to know how they obtained our bank account info.
I also want them prosecuted for theft, fraud, and anything else that might pertain to their Bad Business Practices.
