I recently noticed money being withdrawn from our checking account. After researching this matter I found that Pzest was charging our checking account $39.95 a month for a cancelled service. I contacted them and was told that they were sorry for the mistake and we would be refunded for three months of charges within 7-10 days.
We received one credit of 39.95 back to our account. I once again contacted them and was told that the information was lost and there was nothing that could be done. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that was not possible and the phone was hung up by the representative I was speaking with. I then called back and they were not very cooperative. I told them not to charge me any more and I was told that they would not.
On March 31 my bank notified me that another charge from Pzest was incurred to our account. After several attempts to speak with someone I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. So we have now closed the account and filed papers with the bank for an illegal debit. I am very disgusted with this type of business practice and believe it needs to be stopped action must be taken to protect others. I am willing to go to any length to stop them.
