I have just recieved my credit report and found this charge for $41.00 that i supposedly owe to at&t and trying to collect it is a company by the name of palisades (aka) a whole dang list of other names. It took me 2 days to get info on these people then i came across this site and got a phone number called them and no one there answered the phone using a company name when i asked it this was palisades i got dead silence then i repeated myself and got a yes uh huh, i got the same run around everyone else did with them harping me for a check by phone over and over until i said i wanted something faxed to me and was told there office does not fax out anything also asked that if i pay this when will i get a letter stating it was paid was told in maybe 30 days for what i could understand from this guy (which was very little) is that they have no info there to give me to prove i owe this.
