This is Thomas Kielbasinski - a FORMER representative of Care of America-Robb Gott is not a good responsible owner like he should be. He verbally threatens people and treats people like garbage. The major thing is I have tried to be friends with this guy by helping him out in a situations where he can handle everything. The guy has bipolar disorder and can't control himself when something doesn't go his way.

"i tutored for this guy and he only paid me the first few hours i submitted. After that he did not pay one dollar. I called him asking for my money and he hanged up the in the middle in the conversation. He does not return emails and if he does he tells you at the end of the week but he does not.
