Stole my grant money and didnt help me find a job

I went to Everest College in Arlington, Virginia for the Homeland Security Specialist Certification in 2007. When I sat down with the admissions rep. He told me for that particular course upon completion I could be making 60K and showed me some entry level career options as well as experienced professional options. I am currently still working at the same job I was in when i took the course and am making less money than I was making when I took this course.By the way did I mention I was deans list when i finished. When I did my exiting out of the school with the career services person. She wasnt much help with my resume as it was already well written for the experience that I had at the time. She only gave me to options in terms of jobs "PERIOD". One was a security officer for a contractor that they sent graduates to and the other was for a correctionals prison guard. At the time I had alread been working for the security contractor i was with for 1 1/2yrs prior to everest and I dont want to work in a jail for medical reasons. I said what the heck and let her send my resume to the security contractor since at the time I had more than enough experience and a government clearance. Well the company never called me so I tried to call the career services person with no response to my messages or emails and we had a pretty memorable (in a good way) conversation so I am sure she knows who I was. Oh yeah my teacher who was a retired FBI "employee" he told us that we wouldnt need a degree despite the fact that most of the jobs we all were applying for and that he provided us listings for said DEGREE REQUIRED.

Also when I sat down with the financial aid manager when she ran the numbers for me in terms of how much grant money and private loans etc. I would receieve. The grant, private and federal loans covered my loans so I was good till 6 months post graduation. I signed the paper sayin I agreed with wat was on the paper. I signed my quarterly papers for the dispermants of grant money cause i did not want to have access to it myself. I also checked monthly just to make sure all my money and grades were as they should be cause our teacher warned us that an "A" could easily get confused for an "F" with they way they did the paper work over there. Long story short week after I finished their program they sent me a bill for $1,600 and when I spoke with the financial aid manager she told me I was not covered 100% by my loans and grants. She also said that the paper I signed that had the loan amounts on it during my registration was only a estimate and that the government decided how much money I would get. She also told me $50 was the minimum I had to pay for my loans after I graduated. It was also written in my contract. Wrong!!! I did the $50 dollars a month thing and Sallie Mae started sending me delinquency notices and that my payments were $150 a month and nothin less of that.

Fast forward 6 1/2 yrs later. I just spoke with a online rep for everest about a online job board and she gave me a 888 number to call. I spoke with that person and he said Everest had no such thing. If I try to go to the Everest College "Campus" I graduated from its gonna take almost 1 hour for me to be seen by someone and the parking in the area is some what if not similar to DC. (yes metered parking). Also most who finished with me are doin the same thing they were doin when they took the class and the others did there own job training which they didnt pay for in order to advance.

Bottom line this school lied to me about my financial aid, they lied about getting me a better job. They only provided me 2 job options upon completion of the course, in which i received a dean's list award.
