My loans were dishcarged in 1997 and I was cleared of all debts. OCWEN purchased a loan (that was declared in the Chapter 7) in 2001 and did not received a single penny for 3 years.
IN December I adviced them that they purchased a loan that was NO GOOD (it was discharged in 1997). Their Research department SOLD the loan in January.
When I adviced the new bank of OCWEN's bad practice, OCWEN now is listing the loan as outstanding on my credit report and refuses to take it out (EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AWARE THAT THE LOAN WAS NO GOOD TO BEGIN WITH).in fact when I asked them about it, they said they had the right to sell the loan.
They refuse to obey a court order, what can i do?
