Even though I cancelled the membership WELL within the 30 day trial period, yesterday I only just realized that they were STILL taking a monthly fee from my bank account.
I called the telephone # shown on my bank statement & was basically told that as I do not have the agent # of the person I spoke to I would NOT be able to get my money back. As an act of courtesy I was told by a supervisor that I would be getting 2 payments refunded.
What about the rest? I didn't even use their services!!
