Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I ordered a set of plans from this company and paid with a credit card. I have never received the plans; all I have is a reciept of purchase. They offer a email address to contact them but you cannot send a email. I have tried twice and all I get is a failure notice.

I have called information to try and retrieve their phone number just to be told that they don't exist.
