Cheated me out of a Teach Grant

When I was looking to enroll in grad school to obtain a masters in special education, Grand Canyon University recruited me by stating they were accredited and I would be able to apply for the Teach Grant which would pay part of my student loans. I enrolled and immediately applied for the grant. I filled out all the paper work, signed promissory notes, etc. Then I didn't hear anything. I contacted both my academic adviser and financial adviser more than once asking about it and was referred to someone else. That someone else said my GPA wasn't high enough, so I decided to wait until I finished the program, which I did with a cumulative 3.56 GPA (the minimum GPA to be eligible is 3.0). When I still heard nothing from GCU I called them and was told I needed to request the grant while I was still in school. It was too late now. I was also told I needed to fill out separate paper work exclusively for the university. That was never disclosed to me, nor is it in the instructions in the link they sent me and I still have. I reported them to the AZ AG but they spun a bunch of lies and the AG has closed the case. Now I don't get the Teach Grant I was promised. I am not yet teaching as jobs for next school year are jobs just getting advertised for next school year. However, one of my student loans has no grace period and none of the forbearance requirements apply to me. The other student loan becomes due this July. I cannot apply for any of the other education pay back programs until I am actually teaching. Since I am in education, I cannot be actually working until this coming September. I was mislead by GCU. This was typical of them all along. They wouldn't communicate things to me and I'd be left hanging on several things.

Further, as a teacher, I will never earn enough to meet my living expenses and pay back student loans. That's why the Teach Grant was so appealing. I probably would never have pursued my masters otherwise.
