I've received this enticement you've described and thanks for your notice online. Please add American Benefits Club to your list as well. They supposedly offer a Mastercard... Their customer service number of 800-950-1934 is not operational and I spoke to a representative supposedly named Christopher Wallace... Needless to say... The continual rip off is their scam. Thanks again!
