I was called in November and offered a Bank One credit card that would supposedly arrive by Christmas. The catch was to pay 299.00 check by phone for finance charges. After about 6 weeks I received a plastic folder with a CD and some offers from Sprint PCS and two other businesses. I attempted to contact Financial Benefits/SRT by phone over a dozen times, but my call was never returned.
I never got to speak to anyone, I just received a voicemail, even though all my calls were during business hours.
