ORDERED BOOK DIDNT RECEIVE CHECK CASHED consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered a book from the communications publishing and i still havent received it. I ordered it on august 18. The name is americas secret cash giveaways. I sent them a check for $23.90. The check has been cashed. It was cashed on august 26. The account number on the back of my check is 229177242
