I authorized and compensated about the 2nd March in the Cape Town Department for just two Matric subjects. Later exactly the same evening they approached me and explained that I really could just do hands down the topics plus they might return me the total amount. They appear to be more thinking about obtaining profit than providing support & I've to create my first examinations in July August! This really is exceptionally annoying
