Charge on my credit card without notice

Nowadays I acquired a cost of 100 on my charge card from Understanding by grace. My children haven't been heading there since last yr. They never actually completed the entire course. They stated the costs were for supplies not delivered and yet they ask you for for them in advance with little charges. They never delivered us updates

Or e-mails about them likely to cost us. Poor support
