Ripoff opened a cosmetology to use students loan money for personal needs and after not being able to provides services school was closed with no notification

The school had opened earlier last year and is now closed because the owner use the students loan money for her personal needs and also for her catering company in long island, NY. After I and other students paid additional money to the school for make-up hours for absence days. We attended a few more weeks and without notice the school is now closed and i'm being told I will not be able to recieve these monies back. I'm also still being charged for the student loan and my contract states that if the school closes for their own faults that students will be fully refunded. I've called every where and no one can help me and i'm stuck with a loan that i never really
benifeted from can you help.
