I am also interested in being included in a class action lawsuit against Arcadia Financial. I am being charge fraudulent interest charges and my principle balance doesn't seem to decrease as each payment is made.
My car was repo'd back in July of 04 and in order for me to obtain my car, I had to pay over $900.00. However, when I requested a payment history, the payment did not show.
