I placed an order on-line on a Friday and never received confirmation. Called and emailed (answering machine quickest response is via email) several times on Tuesday. Finally got to talk to a person.
I needed to change my shipping to 2 or 3 day air delivery, needed the $110 skateboard for my daughters birthday on friday. Oscar said he would charge me for 3 day but send in 2 day air.
Received an email from Fedex that my shipment was sent ground, 5-7 day. I have been leaving email after email and message after message on their machine.
Funny thing is I just received a computer generated confirmation of my order with the statement "your satisfaction is our #1 priority!" They won't even give me a total of the order they charged to my account.
I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They just lost a big spending customer!
