Yep, should have read this site first. Ordered on 12-4 got email saying they were processing and then nothing. Emailed them on 12-10 for status of order heard nothing. 2 days later ordered from another company. Received the items from second order in 4 days. On 12-18 finally get response from these jokers stating order has been completed and will be shipped on the 19. Package arrives on the 20th. I try to call them on the Saturday (before Xmas and they aren't open and have no 1800 number) left a message asking for an AR # sent email same day asking for it. Never heard from them yet, I have to get this within 5 days of receiving item. Called today and answering machine is full. Sent a terse email and called again. Finally go thru to someone who after I told them I needed an AR # suddenly go very slow in the process. Good thing I called from my cell as she put me on hold for 5 minutes after she was just about to give me the info I needed.
So NO WAY would I recommend them to my worst enemy much less a friend. I will however be turning them over to the BBB of both FLA and MD. The want to charge me a restocking fee because they can't communicate!!!
