I just started a business, and Mr. Leonard Church, Elyria, OH, was the representative. He approached about the machine and I told him I wasn't interested because my business had not picked up.
Before I get into detail, Mr. Church was a so-called FRIEND of mine. He brought paperwork to my office stating that I would not have to pay anything for three months that he would pay for it all. All I would have to do is deposit the monies he had into my checking account so that Lease finance could deduct it from there. (How stupid was I!).
After a few months, I started to notice extra monies coming out of my checking account. I immediately called Lease Finance and they told me that I owed for a credit card machine. I have not to this day ever saw the machine nor a contract. I recently got my credit report and found out that they were on my report.
I have requested a copy of the contract to see the signature. I will be going after the individual who signed it and Mr. Church for initiating such a fraudulous deal.
