The reason I am filing a complaint on your website is: Beaware of TCY Online tutoring scam. This company is based out in India, and they make you sign a one sided contract which clearly says if any future disputes the arbitration will take place in India according to Indian law. According to the franchising standards any company who advertise themselves online as a business has to have a local office in US, this company does not have a real office in US, they may only have a mail box from any UPS store in the state they claim they had registered their business, they are nothing but fraud; they do not offer what they say. And when you get frustrated with their policies they will refer you to the contract you signed.By the time the victim realize, its too late since you cannot go to India for arbitration, and also it is not worth for that victim to fly there it is more expensive travelling and they just have to keep quite and this company just retains their money.
TCY Online target is to get hold of any innocent citizen who is struggling to find a job or looking for a low investment full or part time business to earn extra dollars. Once they find a prospect they follow up very promptly until they get the money, they also offer this to every prospect: We currently have a great deal going on if you sign up before end of this week or month we will reduce your investment into half or you can get paid 100% of the commission for next ninety (90) days.
Be very careful this is nothing but scam, do not drain your hard earned money for such a scam!!!
