I am addressing this issue as i see fit, i became a student at penn foster was taking their high school diploma course online when all of a sudden i get a grade on my test in writing skills part 1 and 2 and I had a 1 on there, i called the school to see why i had that on my grade history, the woman named colleen in the student services said that my essay was "plagerism", excuse me but how can my life be "plagerism", so she said that they are sending me the essay back and now i have to write it all over because i was cheating, okay this is very unfair and i feel abusive in my case especially when i tried and did this on my own, not to mention when i called to cancel my acct today because i didnt feel this is fair i will just take a ged and go with that,
the man that answered the phone in student accts, said i am sorry we hurt your feelings but we do this to protect our other students, what the h*ll did he mean exactly, lol, i said well you didnt hurt my feelings you really just made me mad by accusing me of somethng i did not do, i am 42 trying to get a high school why would i do that. He didnt answer, i went over to another person to cancel he was like let me check this out and i wil call you tomorrow i said no i want this taken off now and i dont want you to take this out of my acct anymore i dont feel that i have been treated fairly and properly, plus the taechers there are no help, not to mention that when i first started the program it started seeming shady to me when i took a couple of tests and failed only to find that i cant take the tests anymore at the one try they charge you 50.00 per book so that is another extra 100.00 i would have had to pay.
I feel that their courses are designed to make you fail when my essay was about my own life, who else could i have been writing about? They want to fail me on that because they want that extra money by the time i am done with them i will have owed them way more than the agreement, i mean who is really cheating here? I think its the school more so than the students, when i would call and ask a question i got so tired of the looking down upon me attitude they gave me, they are laughing us all to the bank is exactly what they are doing, now they say I owe them 567.00 well they can go to hell and stay there, because i dont feel that i should be charged for somethng i never even got! Not even a paper saying anything and i have to pay 567.0 0 i think their abuse and rotten lies are far more worth more than that, in fact there has to be a law against what they are doing to other students i intend to find out,
i wont speak for other students i will only speak for myself here I also do not believe the teachers are real teachers and i have my doubts about it even being a school for all we know our papers could be going to houses, i dont like their lies and their constant put downs and changing their ways through out the course that is shady and to their benefit not the students, i also want to let others know about them, the best way to let others know is word of mouth and my words are not even close to nice, i currently checked on a technical college here that is government owned not private, like this rip off school is that i am writing about now, i can take a ged there and enroll in classes without one plus get a job while i am going there though a grant fafsa, they do accept us so ppl please beware dont let them take you like they have taken all of us i found it rather interesting that when i asked them about the plagerism rather than try and set things right and work it out,
they would rather close your acct and threaten you with money, because they know they cant prove what theyve done to me, thats why, its all about the dough to these guys and if you stay there you will owe them more than you would a degree with a ged just for a measly ass high school diploma that is for now accredited they will have their day, i plan to tell everyone i know about this experience and maybe accredited colleges wil begin to be careful of whos paper they accept such as high school credits from these sharks, but you know i found this site and plan to compaln more to others and so now f*ck them and their tuition they call it and then dont back their own a*es which is not part of the deal, they are suppose to help us not drain us dry, treat us with abusive tongues when we call them, as though they are above the student and god, we make their salaries, they will one day realize that when alot of students leave and go to a real school and get a ged, that is better than this crap given by them, they are taking us for fools dont be fooled by the lies they tell i am not suprised that there hasnt been a class act lawsuit against them yet for their dirty deeds done to us
