On May 23, I paid a company that uses these 3 names:

1."DVD Productions, LLC" (from the receipt)
2."DVD Graduations"/"DVD Graduation" (from the flyer that came with the receipt and from BBB)
3."DVD Marathon" (from BBB)

A sum of $43.63 USD.

I have seen 2 addresses/cities for this entity:

1.9903 Santa Monica Boulevard (from actual sales receipt, scanned jpg attached) Suite # 167 (from the flyer that came from the receipt and from BBB) Beverly Hills, CA 90212-1 and another address (from BBB - and uses the same, now defunct, phone number):

2. San Diego, CA 92128

In an email from them, I was told that I should receive the DVD no later than September 11.

To date (exactly 6 months after the date of the transaction) the DVD that I ordered and paid for has never been delivered. I did receive one automatic reply email from them, saying that the business was now bankrupt. Now, my emails to them are either unanswered or come back to me as returned (no such email address). The business phone number [ (888) 263-2690] is now defunct. This business was owned and operated by Steven Mancini at the time of the sale.
