Now I know why they were able to give a 50% Experience Credit Award. They weren't licensed. I paid $ 6000.00 up front so I could get my BA in Human Resources inorder to advance in my full-time job. I worked in the Mental Health field at the time. They had me take a screening test (GERE EXAM); said all I needed to take was 6 courses (4- major & 2- concentration) I got into a car accident in Jan. Of 2006 that changed everything. I called my counselor (Holly) to explain my situation and ask for a extension and possible refund. She told me I couldn't get the refund and that they could only give a little extra time. I read my certification letter. They don't refund beyond 271 days from date of registration. I wasn't able to finish the rest of my courses; as I wasn't able to continue to keep my full-time job do to my injuries I couldn't sit at the computer, I had a hard time concentrating due to all the medications I'm on and remain on due to the multiple herniated disc's along my spine. Yes i agree everyone. I feel riped off. I'm on ssd. I want my money back.
