I enrolled in the School of Engineering for an MS degree at Kennedy-Western University on April 5. After almost completing the first class, I requested that I be allowed to take a leave from the program due to a significant personal matter. The request was denied, but they did offer to extend the short degree completion dead line from 18 months to 24 months.
After losing my contact information and passwords during a computer crash in I've tried repeatedly to contact the University to get the proper information to log onto my account and continue with the degree, but have had no response during the last two years. Earlier this spring, I contacted the Cheyenne office, but they could not help me and assured me that they would have someone contact me. I never received a reply, but did get a news letter sent to me via e-mail.
I have now received hard copy correspondence from them, dated 7/15/08, that states that my degree is being dropped and I have only five months to complete the entire program. This is the first time I have received any information on my status since the day that my degree completion deadline was extended. As before there has been no response. They accepted $6,400.00 from me for my degree and have not made it possible for me to complete it.
